1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Wishloom platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. User-Generated Content

Our service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to host and display that Content exclusively for the purpose of delivering your digital greeting cards to your intended recipients.

4. Passkeys and Access

Cards created on Wishloom are protected by custom passkeys. You are solely responsible for distributing these passkeys to your intended recipients. Wishloom is not liable for unauthorized access to your cards if your passkeys are shared or guessed by third parties.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload, post, or transmit any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy. We reserve the right to remove any Content and terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
